Education Coordinator II - Radiologic Science ( Full Time )

Responsibilities General Description:
The Education Coordinator assists the Department of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences Department Chair and faculty in fulfilling the education and student-related tasks of the department.
Responsibilities:
Maintain current handbook, post on website, order hard copies as needed Plan Class Day Create Save the Date and Invitation Create a Qualtrics survey for RSVP Reserve room and AV for ceremony (stage if necessary) Order enough pins, student gifts and award holders Update Class Day program and request printing from print shop Request student awards from faculty Request clinical educator award from faculty Send award letter to clinical educator award recipient Prepare Lambda Nu member certificates Request student speakers from faculty Course scheduling Verify with faculty courses for each semester Work with faculty regarding the schedule of the courses and make sure there are no time conflicts Send course schedule to Registrar's office Create registration documents for each concentration for students to register for the appropriate course each semester Update Department Schedule (MS Outlook Calendar) each semester Space reservations (AV) for courses Work with Room Reservations and within the EMS software reservation system to schedule classrooms for each course along with the AV and Panopto.
Admissions (open house, tours, info sessions, outside recruiting visits scheduling) Work with admissions and faculty to create a schedule for lab tours, info sessions and open houses Work with admissions to create material to help promote MIRS at outside recruiting events Work with department to participate and schedule our own recruitment events.
Help prepare Medical Imaging activities to present at recruitment events.
Update admissions spreadsheet with accepted students returning students and Pre-MIRS students and email out each week Maintain enrollment spreadsheet with all update all student information Qualifications Requirements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
