What is the Role:
This position will identify and sell replacement and spare parts to industrial and commercial bakery equipment customers, identify wear parts in a variety of equipment, compile suggested spare parts lists.
This position will be a pivotal role in the Customer Service team, serving as a technical point of contact between customers and engineering resources as well as interfacing with many aspects of the business and our customers.
Who You Are:
Provide legendary customer experience through knowledge, use of systems, and process execution.
Follow up on orders and ensure stakeholders are updated from first contact to order delivery.
Interact with vendors and purchasing department to request quotes and identify the best price options available.
Drive internal and supplier technical resources through the process of identification of critical parts and resolution of parts-related functional issues.
Locate non-standard solutions for challenges that face our customers.
Support ongoing improvements to internal processes.
What You Bring:
High school degree, diploma, or a GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
Comfort working with customers and colleagues via many communication methods, such as Phone/email/messaging/etc.
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills in a customer service environment.
A strong drive to ensure that we do the best for every customer that contacts us.
What Else Would Be Helpful:
5 years' experience in sales and/or customer service in a business-to-business environment or equivalent educational background Experience in machinery and/or component sales/service.
