Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to:
digging trenches, pouring concrete & asphalt paving, underground plumbing, carrying materials, and operating equipment/machinery.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
