Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director, Robotic Process Automation this position is primarily responsible for the review of existing and proposed automation processes for the purpose of robust documentation, technical translation, and analysis.
The Business Systems Analyst must be able to:
Ingest and understand complex technical and businesses language & concepts to formulate and present accurate documentation, feedback, and recommendations with internal and external team stakeholders Translate business requirements to technical specifications and detailed workflows Creates robust documentation & process flows via reverse engineering, focused meetings, and independent research Maintains comprehensiveness and accuracy of documentation through routine, autonomous audits & reconciliations Takes a proactive role in learning business processes, system impacts, and business ramifications Must be capable of sharing knowledge, documentation, and feedback with others in a timely and professional manner Perform complex analysis and gain a thorough understanding of the current processes along with the expected outcome for new processes and enhancements Collaborate with internal and external business areas to maintain a current working knowledge of processes, system design, requirements, and service levels Critically assess and monitor existing business processes and system functionality to make recommendations where appropriate to maintain optimal performance, business impact, and general ROI Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree:
Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field preferred 1-3 years experience performing complex business analysis 1-3 years experience creating complex workflows (Visio) and logical documentation 1-3 years demonstrated work analyzing and optimizing processes or systems Advanced Visio skills a must Advanced MS Office Skills Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines in environment of changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex processes succinctly Ability to work independently to prioritize and handle multiple projects and tasks to completion with limited direction.
Strong analytic and technical skills Knowledge of RPA tools & best practices preferred General knowledge of Scripting tools preferred Previous Healthcare or Managed Care experience a plus Experience with Facets a plus SQL and Database Management experience a plus Experience creating UiPath automated process documentation a plus - PDD (Process Design Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document) Back Share Apply Now.
