Client won't be able to sponsor any VISA As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will have the opportunity to work on technology transformation of our Plan Sponsor business.
This RTE will be supporting and coaching Agile Release Train (ART) by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software in large, cross-functional teams.
In this role you resolve and escalate impediments, manages risk, helps assure value delivery, and drives program level continuous improvement.
You are accountable for the planning, coordination, and delivery of value through the program.
Responsibilities:
Assists the ART in communication and coordination with stakeholders and customers during feature definition and delivery Working with the ART team who prioritizes the features to be considered in the next program increment (PI) planning cycle.
Facilitating the ART team's refinement of features to be considered in the next PI planning cycle to meet the Feature Definition of Ready.
Ensuring effective communication and coordination for and during PI planning.
Managing change to the ART's PI plan and the impacts of those changes.
Driving cross team collaboration across the program.
Understand, visualize and manage upstream/downstream dependencies.
Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.
) to identify areas of opportunity.
Develop deep domain knowledge of the plan sponsor business application Lead project teams; act as consultant/coach to management in resolving difficult problems.
Requirements:
8-10 years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines / technologies / processes improvement 3-5 years of experience in leading large/complex projects Experience coordinating multiple teams in a technology environment.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical and project related information to clients, vendors, and senior management.
Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish a variety of contacts across the organization.
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams.
Broad range of program management and leadership skills Proven ability to balance concurrent activities.
Strong knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environment Certified Scrum Master certification Preferred SAFe Agilist certification Preferred Thanks & Regards:
