Description GENERAL
Summary:
Delphinus Engineering, Inc.
is looking for full-time qualifiedSoftware Developers to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia or Norfolk VA.
The candidate will assist with development and troubleshooting of software.
Candidates may travel onboard Naval Ships and/or provide hands on support to the development team located at the Land Based Engineering Site (LBES) in Philadelphia.
CLEARANCE:
Active Security Clearance (or inactive 18 months) is required for this positionLOCATION:
NSWCPD, Philadelphia, PAPosition Requirements MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of professional experience in software development.
3 years' experience to include:
Software design and development in C/C++, Test and evaluation, deployment, and troubleshooting of applications.
Bachelor's level degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science Secret Security Clearance or Interim Secret Ability to troubleshoot and debug computer software Programming languages:
C/C+
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (PREFERRED):
Ability to travel 25%
Familiarity with:
Windows and VxWorks operating systems.
Embedded software development.
Technical writing.
WireShark and communication protocols.
Virtualization technology.
Cyber secure coding knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work in Groups or Independently as required.
Willingness to overcome new challenges and grow professionally with the position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
