Client Coverage Analyst

Stifel's Client Coverage group leads cross-organizational business development for the firm and is responsible for the coordination and delivery of resources across the platform to clients.
The Client Coverage Analyst will have a unique opportunity to receive exposure to a full platform and a variety of senior leaders throughout the Firm.
This position will gain an understanding of the full capabilities of the Stifel platform while promoting the Firm's cross-organizational business development strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Interface regularly with senior client-facing professionals across the organization and their clients to develop cross-organizational business opportunities.
Interface with firm senior management on strategy and manage related deliverables.
Speak knowledgeably about the Firm's capabilities and service offerings.
Follow up on and track the progress of opportunities.
Maintain various databases and cross-organizational revenue reporting tools.
Create and manage educational, marketing, and other presentation materials.
Review, assess and present new opportunities to relevant stakeholders across the business units.
Some travel by car and/or air in conjunction with local, regional, and /or national travel, up to 10%, QUALITIFIACTIONS Basic understanding of Investment Banking and general Wealth Management functions.
Basic understanding of accounting and finance, specifically around financial statement and evaluation methodologies.
Knowledge of the multiple facets of the Stifel platform.
Ability to combine a highly entrepreneurial platform with the capabilities and resources of a large financial services firm.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum required:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
Minimum required:
0 to 2 years Investment Banking or related experience.
LICENSES AND CREDENTIALSMinimum required:
None.
SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-Point and Outlook.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
