Responsibilities:
Construction Site Superintendent experienced in Interior Fit-outs.
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction.
Experience with ground up construction a plus but not required May require 2nd & 3rd shifts and weekends when necessary Travel with overnight stays (Monday - Thursday) when projects are further than a reasonable commute from home is mandatory (projects located in PA, NJ, NY & MD) Must be capable of working independently Responsible for managing and coordinating all jobsite activities including subcontractors, material suppliers, deliveries and inspections Must be able to read and interpret drawings / blueprints Must be proficient with computer software Salary based upon experience, 401K, Salary, Reimbursements References required Job Type:
