Lead Epic Application Analyst - Hospital Billing
One of our clients is looking for a lead epic HB application analyst supporting oversite of the teams day to day operations for the team.
This person will be managing 3 other analysts on the team (2 sr.
and 1 mid level analyst) and will help facilitate servicenow tickets to the team as well as run with their own tickets in the queue.
The lead will provide guidance on building work queues.
This person will be responsible for multiple large projects coming up the end of this year and into 2024 revolving mergers and hospital upgrades.
The Lead Application Coordinator- Epic Hospital Billing is responsible for overseeing team work efforts in the design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of clinical/revenue cycle applications.
This position is responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the software functionality as well as coordinating and leading team members in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects and work assignments.
Defines and documents system scope and objectives based on knowledge of the clinical/revenue cycle systems and user needs.
Provides subject matter expertise in application area and operates as a cross-functional application domain leader in integrated project work.
Anticipates problems, provides solutions to complex problems with the necessary priorities, and presents the solution to clinical/revenue cycle partners.
Manages components of medium to large-size, complex clinical system projects, provides mentoring of system analysts, and provides support of others on the clinical/revenue cycle system projects.
Works across interdisciplinary project teams and operational staff, building and fostering effective business relationships with clinical/revenue cycle partners (physicians, nurses, technologists, and operational partners) in the specification and design of clinical/revenue cycle system projects.
3-5 Years experience as an Application Systems Analyst or lead in Hospital billing Bachelors Degree OR 6 Years experience as an Analyst and Assoicates DegreeEpic Certification Recommended Skills Billing Clinical Works Coaching And Mentoring Servicenow Team Working Testing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
