SR. Epic HIM Application Analyst

One of our clients is looking for a Sr.
EPIC HIM Analyst to Assist in the development, support, functionality roll, and long-term support of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and other supporting IT systems end-users.
Assists in optimizing workflow processes through building applications that are tailored to meet the hospitals needs.
Learns Epic EHR system capabilities and functional use and applies knowledge of Patient Care Business workflow to assist in the implementation, testing, go-live, and long-term support.
Serves as a subject matter expert in their assigned applications and provides leadership on small and medium size projects with minimal oversight.
This person will be handling 3M coding, deficiency tracking, release of information and data (ROI), opening and resolving service desk tickets, and ensure applications are running smoothly by monitoring system and promptly responding to users who report issues.
Additional responsibilities include:
-Build, net new build, application testing and integrated testing-Provide level 3 support for all ServiceNow tickets (INC's, Tasks, Requests, Add/Remove User accounts in 3M, reset settings, image removals, registration scanning with OnBase team, regular break fix work, etc.
)-Building work queues-Orion tasks for new implementations and upgrades-Review all issued KPIs, hotfixes, and updates and determine which need to be implementedThis is a hybrid role 3 days a week onsite Tues-Thurs.
3-5 years experience as an HIM AnalystExperience with - ROI/ deficiency trackingExperience with building work queues EC - Epic Certification 3M Coding experienceExperience with testing plans, and go-live eventsComfortable being on call every 3 weeks (on call rotation) - HIM very rarely gets calls (i.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
