OverviewTheMR&P COE Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting the HQ MR&P team in supporting both global and regional/functional business processes.
The senior analyst will assist with global management reporting and consolidation, corporate FP&A COE responsibilities and various daily/monthly/annual financial reporting responsibilities.
In addition, project-based work will be an integral element of the role that will support both regional and functional-based FP&A teams.
This role will report to HQ MR&P COE Manager.
Responsibilities Deliver insightful preparation and analysis of business results primarily related to the income statement, but assistance with working capital and cash flow analysis will also be required Consult with and support regional/functional Finance in the development of future budgets and forecasts while interacting with the global CO&E team Drive and manage global processes supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, including templates, coordination, consolidation, and presentation materials Promote workflow coordination and quality control review of master data creation/maintenance specific to profit centers, cost centers, and assessment cycles Assist the Corporate COE Global Project Lead with maintaining reliable financial results in S4 through routine data analysis and reconciliation along with system changes to enhance the existing S4 environment Provide problem-solving support to stakeholders in areas such as business area discrepancies, master data maintenance, systematic technology issues related to planning and reporting technology, etc.
Prepare inputs for financial presentations to Finance and Executive Leadership Initiate and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, analysis and insights for key executive meetings including relevant S&OP meetings and monthly & quarterly business reviews Act in the capacity of primary business partner to the Corporate functions Finance Lead to assist with review of actual and forecasted results, budget preparation, and routine quarterly and annual financial reporting Provide insights into ad-hoc initiatives and analysis to global, regional, and functional-based FP&A teams Assist HQ MR&P COE Manager with ad hoc reporting deliverables initiated from senior leadership (including the CEO and CFO) to deliver detailed financial analysis across the organization Assist with key financial initiatives within the MR&P COE, such as improvement imperatives, investment opportunities, and solutions to business issues Lead COE analysts (as applicable) supporting region and countries to consistently provide quality service levels and prioritize resourcesEducation BS in Finance/Accounting/Business Analytics MBA/MA or CFA/CPA preferrable, but not requiredQualifications Proficient in English language 5
years of overall finance experience Strong Excel skills and IT/systems knowledge Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred SAP experience is highly preferred (particularly S4/Hana)Competencies Good understanding of business operations that impact financial analysis Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to dive into details to explain variances Strong sense of urgency, time, project management, and prioritization skills Ability to work autonomously Results oriented; promotes continuous improvement and modernization Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Recommended Skills Analytical Business Process Improvement Business Processes Communication Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports Consolidation (Financial) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
