Director of Medical Strategy, US Cardiology is a key leadership role responsible for designing and leading the implementation of the US Medical strategy for the upcoming launch of Bentracimab, FDA Breakthrough Therapy.
As a Sr.
Medical Director, your responsibilities will include:
Act as the medical expert for our Cardiology portfolio Develop and deliver scientific platform, disease awareness programs and messaging Lead Advocacy and KOL development programs Design, implement and leverage transfer of knowledge and advisory initiatives Engage with scientific societies and support guidelines development initiatives Facilitate Investigator Initiated research/study (IIS) medical requests Lead engagement at medical and scientific meetings and symposia to maintain awareness of current issues and new data pertaining to assigned products and to communicate scientific information Support Bentracimab pre-launch engagement and education of the P&T hospital decision makers for successful product adoption at BLA approval Collaborate with key stakeholders including Marketing, MSL, Commercial Development, Legal and Regulatory to build and implement integrated engagement strategy Take part, communicate and collaborate within BTG Leadership Team to ensure alignment and drive performance The above duties and responsibilities are not an exhaustive list and you may be required to undertake any other reasonable duties compatible with your experience and competencies.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
PharmD, MD, PhD 10
years of Medical affairs and/or MSL experience Proven track record in acute care / hospital medical affairs Demonstrated understanding and strategic application of medico-marketing, customer insights and account management Experience in KOL management, advocacy and scientific society engagement Cardiovascular or Surgery Therapeutic area experience is preferred Self-motivated with leadership abilities and excellent communication skills Company
