internal growth, restructuring) Implement and oversee an advanced HR Information System (HRIS) that optimizes HR operations, boosts data analysis capabilities, facilitates informed decision-making, and seamlessly integrates with accounting and reporting systems.
Talent Acquisition and Management Proactively identify workforce needs and partner with the Talent Acquisition team to devise strategies to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent Develop and implement robust programs that provide group and one-on-one coaching with managers that builds leadership capabilities and enhances leader impact The successful candidate will have:
A Bachelors or Masters/MBA degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or another relevant field.
