Job DescriptionThe Role In this exciting role as a Senior Consultant, Retirement, you will have the opportunity to support diverse projects related to mergers & acquisitions, asset liability studies, forecasting, early retirement windows, financial resilience and other special projects as needed.
You will also:
Provide value-added consulting expertise on retirement plan valuation, management and design, financial risk management and funding projects, and special projects involving global consulting, strategic workforce planning and total rewards strategies Lead large complex client engagements, ensuring projects are appropriately planned, budgeted and monitored, manage the client financials and ensuring work is properly delegated Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client's broader business issues Ensure clients are regularly informed about the implications and opportunities that changing laws and regulations have related to their retirement plans Develop new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships Develop junior colleagues and create an inclusive team environment Recommended Skills Business Development Consulting Finance Financial Risk Forecasting Human Resource Strategy Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
