This role will specialize in protecting and enhancing Company culture through various recruiting, onboarding, and employee training initiatives.
Responsibilities will include applicant screening, onboarding, DEI, training and other professional development initiatives.
Qualified candidates will be tech savvy, possess excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills, have prior experience in training and staff development, and truly understand the value of a diverse and inclusive working environment.
Successful candidates will possess good judgment, advanced critical thinking, common sense and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Must have GED or High School Equivalency.
Prior experience in recruiting, people management, and/or staff training Advanced Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint experience.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to present training programs and lead presentations are needed.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills Must have ability to work in a highly confidential area with changing priorities requiring organization and flexibility.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and application of federal, state and local employment laws.
Experience coaching managers in addressing employee relations issues.
Ability to design and implement effective and engaging training and development- filled with dry humor and bad dad jokes.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position that allows for a combination of both onsite and remote work opportunities.
Flex-time is provided at times when evening and/or weekend work is required.
Work Environment This position operates in a both professional office setting and in a gym/fitness center environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.
Individuals must be computer literate and comfortable working with a multitude of computer software and information systems.
This position requires frequent work with various types of HRIS systems and other forms of technology and software.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance This position requires additional screening as a condition of hire.
Salary Description Annual Salary Recommended Skills Analytical Audio Equipments Communication Computer Literacy Conflict Resolution Critical Thinking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
