- Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling - Utilize various software systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, ADP, and Taleo to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics - Assist with employee relations matters as needed -Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes -Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews -Update job descriptions to ensure accuracy in hiring -Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Proficiency in using software systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, ADP, and Taleo - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Job Types:
