, a consolidated facility management service, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant Project Manager in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Basic Function:
APM -- The OM&S Assistant Project Manager (s) of Operations, Maintenance and Support Services shall be responsible to the OM&S Contractor's PM, for the individual areas of Operations, Maintenance, Support Services and Security System/Maintenance and be available by cell phone when off-duty.
Personnel Supervised:
OSSF and subcontractors personnel when on-site as assigned by the OM&S PM.
Major Duties and
Responsibilities:
Function as next in charge to the OM&S PM using ICS protocol'sProvide all the detailed duties described in the Position Guide for the OM&S, focused in the three management areas required by the OM&S Specifications:
Operations, Maintenance; and Support Services.
Must be able to function in each of the four positions as required.
Operations to include but not limited to:
day to day and long term planning to coordinate with CFCF/RCF Administration, Operations, Plans, and Procedures; Operation of all the CFCF/RCF physical facilities; coordination of the Maintenance and support functions into CFCF/RCF Operation.
Maintain record documents, i.
e.
, drawings, specifications, building drawings, etc.
Manages storage and stock control.
Maintenance to include but not be limited to preventative maintenance, repair, replacement of the CFCF/RCF total physical facility's systems; manages Supervisors and Trades workers.
Support Services to include but not limited to tasks to support all of the programs and requirements of CFCF/RCF, for example, Inmate Training Program (Janitorial, Grass Cutting, Snow Removal conducted through CFCF/RCF Security Training), directing and controlling all subcontractors, OSSF technical training, Security Training Coordination, planning for PSS, RSCW subcontractors, establishing methods, budgets and proceedings for RRSC subcontracting and emergency extra work by OSSF.
Manage the OM&S activities required for the Food Factory (Kitchen).
May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices.
Job Requirements:
Basic
Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science in management, mechanical or electrical engineering with a minimum of five (5) years practical field experience in Facility Operation, or any other Bachelors of Science degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of practical facility management and operation.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a maintenance administrative capacity, to include preventative maintenance and plant operation procedures, manpower utilization, energy management, and conservation and contract management is highly desirable.
Ability to write well and communicate orally, and ability to interface well with administration, maintenance and corrections personnel.
Computer skills required.
