Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including making contact with potential sources of recruitment for BHT/RBT and PCA and PCA ABA, reviewing resumes, and scheduling and interviewing candidates for BHT/RBT and PCA and PCA/ABA position.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in spread sheet - Coordinate employee training and development programs - Assist with employee evaluation processes and performance management - Support employee relations initiatives, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee questions - Help maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations - Assist with HR projects as assigned Skills:
- Prior experience as TSS or BHT/RBT - a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, enthusiastic personality and salesman skills - a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations - a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in a career in human resources.
