Responsibilities:
Timely review of patients mental health benefits including:
Health plan network access Available benefits for all level of care Clarifying all information from insurance company Complete necessary documentation, in an accurate and concise manner, to ensure financial agreements can be created.
Communicate with patients and/or family regarding benefits.
Education, Competencies and Credentials:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required - Experience with Health Insurance Benefits required - Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems - Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to learn and incorporate new technology Hours:
