Our rapidly growing SNF management group provides residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities with top-of-the-line care We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as the HR Director for our SNF in Philadelphia, PA.
As the HR Director for our SNF, you will oversee the recruitment, hiring, and motivation of our employees, as well as provide feedback on the success of all initiatives.
You will also be responsible for managing employee benefits enrollment and administration, career development, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
? Manage the human resources department as the HR Director for our SNF ? Ensure an effective hiring process as the ? Comply with human resources laws and regulations as the HR Director for our SNF ? Respond to employee concerns and grievances as the ? Handle employee misconduct as the HR Director for our SNF ? Onboard new employees properly as the ? Ensure smooth orientation as the HR Director for our SNF ? Maintain communication between potential new employees as the ? Create and maintain accountability as the HR Director for our SNF ? Deal with terminations of employees as the HR Director for our SNF ? Manage employee benefits as the HR Director for our SNF
Qualifications:
? Proven experience as an HR Director in SNF or senior living ? Strong skills in creating and following processes ? Excellent knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance, human resource development and management, nursing management, budget processes, and census and business development as an HR Director for our SNF ?
