5 Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the day to day support and implementation of internal and external marketing initiatives.
Creates marketing materials from copy writing to basic design to coordination of various vendors (designers, printers, etc.
).
Provides writing, proofing, editing and design support to marketing and communications efforts.
In partnership with the digital content specialist supports the digital marketing and communication efforts.
Provides marketing administrative tasks, including collateral/promotional item management, results reporting, event support and other duties.
Provides account management for select locations/service lines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS EXECUTES MARKETING STRATEGIES AND PROJECTS By executing marketing plans that support business/program goals using appropriate internal and external Mar/Comm resources.
By liaising with clinical staff to develop marketing materials such as conference posters, brochures, presentations, etc.
By executing various Mar/Comm tactics.
By promoting organizational events through direct mail, collateral, social media, web content, etc.
By coordinating marketing requests for special projects as needed.
By working collaboratively with colleagues at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, Penn Medicine and Good Shepherd Penn Partners By supporting overall branding and consumer marketing campaigns and projects PRODUCES CONTENT TO SUPPORT MARKETING OBJECTIVES By working with clinicians to develop/ghostwrite blogs.
By planning video projects and coordinating shoots.
By coordinating photo shoots and maintaining photo library.
By researching, developing and photographing patient success stories.
By overseeing and coordinating media requests with appropriate entities.
By identifying and coordinating podcast content.
OVERSEES INTRANET SITE (TEAMGSPP) By ensuring that all content (photos, news posts, resources) is current By sharing news as requested by marketing team and GSPP leadership By maintaining knowledge of the content management system (CMS) and making programming changes as needed By continuously freshening the appearance of the sites to ensure they are engaging By approving new users and supporting staff who need assistance By creating graphics as needed for headers, stories, etc.
By evaluating site traffic and making recommendations for optimization PROVIDES EMAIL SUPPORT TO COMMUNICATION AT GSPP By working with marketing and senior leadership teams to develop email communications as requested By evaluating/recommending best platform to communicate with audiences By working with HR and IT to ensure timely, segmented distribution lists By developing and deploying weekly e-newsletter to employees (Weekly Update) By tracking and evaluating open rates, optimum distribution times, etc.
and adapting to maximize results By liaising with Penn communications to ensure GSPP system visibility PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTING AND WORK By handling phone calls, photocopying and other office support, as needed.
By coordinating the flow of materials between vendors and departments.
By maintaining a project status document to track and prioritize work.
Qualifications:
