Job Description:
We are in search of a Hospitality Representative located in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities include:
Inspecting properties after cleaning is performed as required (we have amazing housekeeping partners but we like to perform monthly inspections, or inspections before high dollar reservations just to get an extra pair of eyes on the home) Taking inventory of each unit and advising the Hospitality Manager when new supplies are needed Taking inventory of storage unit as needed Assisting with pre arrival amenities as needed (is someone celebrating a birthday?! You get to fill out a card and leave a bottle of wine) Advising the Maintenance Manager of any issues within the property Troubleshooting basic issues at the property (is the wifi not working? You will take ownership of ittry to reset the router, check the connection, confirm the password) Conducting property tours with potential long term guests (we specialize in short term rentals, but some properties do well on extended stay sites such as Furnished Finder.
These tours may be in person or via Facetime with a potential guest) Answering questions about the property as needed with the communications teams Answering guest questions about property after arrival Ability to deliver items to guests in a timely manner after arrival as needed
Qualifications:
Customer-service minded Strong attention to detail Strong organization skills Ability to communicate effectively with people from various backgrounds Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must reside within 30 minutes of Center City Philadelphia Compensation:
The compensation for this position will be based on the number of inspections, site tours and hourly tasks during the 2 week pay period.
Site tours are paid at a rate of $20/flat (approximately 3 per week is expected) Inspections are paid at a rate of $15/flat (approximately 5-10 per week is expected) Tasks are billed hourly at a rate of $18/hour (approximately 5 per week is expected) Work Environment:
We do not have an office, inspections/tours/tasks would be done at various managed properties throughout Philadelphia.
From Fishtown, to Center City, to Graduate Hospital.
A vehicle is needed for this position.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule based on occupancy Thursdays.
Fridays and Saturdays are typically the busiest days for property inspections Weekends and evenings are required for site tours, at least 48 hours notice will be provided.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
