Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
Demonstrate the ability to participate in a collaborative learning environment as well as participate in professional growth activities.
Build positive relationships with students and families in an urban education environment.
Coordinate knowledge of content, students, and of resources to design a series of learning experiences aligned to instructional outcomes and suitability to groups of students.
Cultivate a learning environment that promotes cultural relevance, diversity of thinking, diversity of learning, and respect for all people (students and adults).
Create a safe learning environment that is able to establish clear and high expectations for learning.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND
Experience:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
Valid Pennsylvania Teacher Certification.
