Negotiable Willingness to travel to various job sites on short notice Our client company is seeking for an experienced Construction Manager to manage day-to-day construction and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You must be willing to:
Oversee construction sites/subcontractors/workers to ensure a high level of quality/safety Ensure project is constructed/documented in accordance with the contract documents/good engineering practices/customer's expectations Provide technical support to the company production division Review weekly/monthly reports on the status/progress of contracts Be highly organized/pay attention to details Conduct quality check after site is finished Requirements (IF YOU DON'T HAVE THESE, DON'T APPLY) BS/BA in construction (preferred) +2 years' experience in the Telecommunication industry Solid understanding of Construction Management Excellent interpersonal/communication skills Strong attention to detail/organizational skills Ability to multi-task Client requests resumes be submitted in Word Doc format, '97-2003, with contact information outside of a header
