Signifyd is looking for a Regional Sales Director to work alongside their peers to oversee the go-to-market strategy, cadences, and execution necessary to manage and scale revenue. In this role, you'll lead a team of Account Executives to develop and close engagements with the world's best brands and retailers. Successful execution will include partnering with critical stakeholders inside our Revenue, Finance, Operations, Product, and Strategy organizations to establish a consistent approach that develops strong customer relationships throughout their journey with Signifyd. This is a leadership position reporting to the RVP of Sales, expected to routinely interact with C-level decision makers both internally, and with prospective new clients. Each day you will collaborate with CFOs, CMOs, ecommerce leaders, and fraud and risk experts. Clear communication and strong relationship building skills are required, with the ability to build on ideas in real time. You'll ensure deal processes are successfully executed by Account Executives located throughout the US, and lead multidisciplinary efforts to drive engagements that result in successful deployments of our platform. You will lead team meetings to share learnings from the field across departments, inform and expand our go-to-market strategy, forecast business success, and meet or exceed clearly defined team goals in the core and growth segments for Signifyd.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with key stakeholders to set and execute strategy Hiring, coaching, and developing account executives to their maximum potential Measuring performance to ensure the team is delivering booking at or above sales targets Facilitating weekly meetings with team and individual account executives to discuss performance and goals Forecasting the business accurately on a monthly and quarterly basis to senior management Holding account executives accountable to follow the sales process through stages from lead management through closing Routinely recognize and reward superior performance of the team and the broader sales organization Engaging in sales cycles with prospective customers in key strategic capacities as well as tactical Close alignment with Marketing, Sales Enablement and Sales Operations as they support the sales efforts Overall leadership and motivation of their team to incorporate Signifyd Core Values
Qualifications:
5 to 10 years in Direct Sales of similar Technology solutions 3
Years of managing a team of account executives Background in payments, fraud or similar technologies is preferred Proven ability to manage and drive complex sales cycles with some transactions over $100,000 ARR Proficient communication and presentation skills Business acumen to comprehend CXO drivers related to technology Successful history analyzing data and translating into process improvements or strategic sales plans Ability to articulate ROI internally related to process and sales execution Ability to articulate ROI externally as part of the sales process Time management, delegation and overall fundamental organizational skills Must have successful experience in driving outbound success from direct reports #LI-Remote
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
