US Marketing Director, Vaccines - RSV at GSK in Philadelphia, PA

Role Description:
This role will be the US marketing director for GSK's RSV vaccine candidate, reporting to the Senior Director / US Marketing Lead for RSV, and will play a critical part in building the category for RSV Adult immunization and delivering a successful product launch within a highly competitive market. You will be responsible for:
1) driving US brand strategy and execution, with a focus on healthcare providers, systems, organizations, and key decision-makers 2) leading a team of cross-functional stakeholders 3) delivering on product forecast and ambition. Specific responsibilities include:
Defining healthcare provider and healthcare decision-maker insights, journeys, and segmentation; product positioning; creative strategy, core messaging and content plans; integrated, cross channel promotional mix Creation and implementation of the strategic and operating plans Maintaining detailed understanding of disease and competitive marketplace Managing product lifecycle Managing short and long range forecasts Ensuring strategic alignment across functional stakeholder groups Defining metrics & assessing brand performance Developing a high performing team of marketing managers & associates Fostering an environment of innovation, inclusion, challenge, trust and development Candidate Description & Qualifications The successful candidate will have a proven record of US marketing strategy development and execution. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 5 years commercial experience including sales or marketing (min. 2 in marketing) Proven ability to lead a high performing cross-functional team Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong business & scientific acumen, learning agility Ability to influence & build strong relationships in a matrix environment Demonstrated success in developing & executing brand marketing plans Ability to define, track, analyze key performance measures and make data-driven decisions Ability to prioritize, pivot, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred
Qualifications:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
