The Senior Pricing Manager supplies the Pricing team that falls within the Product and Marketing function. In this role, you will carry out the pricing strategy and develop pricing structure, tools, systems, controls, reporting, and metrics. Individuals in this position own an engaged team and influence behavior and actions to align with overall business strategy/goals! Can you perform work at an expert level with proven success to achieve goals and metrics? Key Responsibilities Implement pricing strategy across all channels while supervising price increases and estimating price impact across channels. Partner with business director and sales leaders to meet business goals, and enable profitable growths. Communicate business price performance and related actions while developing insightful and practical analysis/reporting. Research market, industry, and company trends to anticipate future opportunities for customer valued offerings and margin capture while providing recommendations for change or action based on insights and findings. Drive pricing process continuous improvement. Building collaborative relationship across the pricing, finance and analytics community. Lead price training and people development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or an analytics-based field with 15
years of proven experience required. MBA would be a plus. Proficiency with Excel and ability to aggregate, manipulate, and interpret disparate sources of data. Experience with Microsoft BI, Hyperion Essbase preferred, statistical analysis and/or analytical package software.
