Summary: The Bilingual Retention Specialist will play a key role in our agency, focusing on the retention of our multilingual staff. This position requires proficiency in both English and Spanish, allowing for effective communication with all our employees. The ideal candidate will develop and implement retention strategies that foster a positive work environment and promote long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain effective retention strategies that align with our organizational goals.
Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with new and existing staff to gauge job satisfaction and address concerns.
Facilitate communication between management and staff in multiple languages to ensure clear understanding of policies and expectations.
Analyze turnover data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee benefits, recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
Advocate for cultural competency across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
2
years of experience in a retention specialist role or similar HR position.
Fluent in English and Spanish- both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills
Experience in the healthcare or homecare industries preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
