We are currently seeking a Strategic Staffing Sales Executive to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).
Strategic Staffing Sr Sales Executive identifies, qualifies and closes staff augmentation sales opportunities within current and new client organizations.
Understands the clients business and staffing solutions requirements and leads the sales process and manages the ongoing client relationship to identify additional opportunities to increase sales.
Responsible for the largest staff augmentation sales quota and the largest, most complex client accounts.
Sells to the largest accounts that often include global operations.
Anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of NTT DATA staffing services.
Typical contact at executive level.
Basic Requirements:
- 8
years of Staffing Sales Experience - 8
years experience in IT Staff Augmentation - Undergraduate degree required, Graduate degree preferred
Preferred Requirements:
- Expert understanding of client s decision making process, goals, objectives and strategies.
- Expert business and financial acumen.
- Expert ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions.
- Expert presentation and negotiation skills.
- Individuals are expert in their subject area and have working knowledge of related subject areas.
- Will lead large scale projects.
- May lead or guide others on cross-functional projects outside of their own department.
