Assistant General Counsel
The candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to all levels of management with regards to area of legal specialty.
Responsibilities: Assist and supervise on a full range of patent litigation and pre-litigation activities, including supervising outside counsel, formulating and implementing litigation strategy, assisting in and overseeing settlement and other dispute resolution efforts, and providing advice and counsel regarding company and third-party patent rights. Provide legal advice and counsel to management and others on patent-related matters, including indemnification, licensing, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, indemnification and procurement matters. Represent company's business and legal interests in the development and delivery of products and services over its broadband network and related platforms and systems.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
