The candidate will join a team of lawyers responsible for providing advice and counsel to company's group insurance and domestic health care businesses (with a focus on company's Group Insurance and Payer Solutions business segments). Will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong understanding of, and balancing of, the key aspects of both business operations and strategy to effectively advise clients. Primary responsibilities for the company Group Insurance segment include advising on insured and self-funded group benefits (including disability, life, accident, critical illness, and FMLA). Primary responsibilities for the company Payer Solutions healthcare segment include third-party medical, pharmacy, dental network services contracting, product development and evaluation of related state and federal regulatory issues.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
