Real Estate Paralegal
Seeking Will be working independently to assist lawyers on the Finance and Real Estate (FRE) team. Will manage commercial real estate transactions, often involving multiple properties, and will manage large deal files. Will apply professional knowledge and experience to review title and survey, prepare and distribute comment memos, and coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and zoning consultants. Independently review title and survey for commercial properties. repare and distribute comment memos. Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and zoning consultants. Manage and organize transactions involving multiple properties, managing large deal files. Assist with drafting loan documents. Manage closing teams and organize large deal closing binders. Assist with specific client needs, e.g. electronic document submission. Assist with miscellaneous projects assigned by FRE attorneys, paralegals, and/or practice management. Practice and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
