Job Type:
Part-Time, In - Person Flexible Schedule Expectations are minimum of 5 hours a day, any day(s) of the week (Monday - Friday) , with consistency.
Opportunity to move to full time position if desired Pay:
$18 - $25 Fair compensation strictly based on experience and tenacity
Responsibilities:
Overall Office Operations Conduct general office duties, oversee office supply inventory and initiate orders when necessary.
Handle correspondences via mail and email, prioritizing and organizing for executive response.
Maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.
Establish processes for efficiencies Data Entry for CRM Construction System Accounting Finances Preparation of monthly project expense reporting and compile documentation for quarterly meetings Manage paperwork and bookkeeping tasks Reconcile Quickbooks Data Receiving, paying, tracking and organizing invoices Project Coordination Coordinate with team members and vendors with delivery details Ordering Supplies and Materials for Renovation Projects, while maintaining the Budget Allowance provided Track and Receive deliveries; inspect materials Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus, but not required.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
Familiarity with Quickbooks, Office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Understanding of office equipment operations, such as printers, smart devices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
