Our innovative tcompany is seeking a dynamic Permanent Project Executive with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) to join our team.
As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various MEP projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with a focus on mechanical projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals and to contribute to our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of MEP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing project schedule, resource allocation, and potential risks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to ensure project success.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present detailed project reports, including project status, financials, and risk assessments, to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management with minimum 10 years' experience in related field or, 15-20 years' experience in Construction Management.
Experience with management of large Guaranteed Maximum Price projects.
Experience with common software including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including CAD drawings, Blueprints, Submittals, etc.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
