Job Description:
Masters or Bachelor s degree in IT / Computer Science Superior written and oral communication skills.
10 years of experience in a similar role with hands-on experience in:
Designing and leading implementation of ITOM and HAM practices using ServiceNow.
Key Mandate Skills:
ITOM, HAM IT Asset Management principles Agile Service Management (release and deployment strategies) ITIL and ServiceNow Certifications preferred Excellent architecture and technical support documentation skills Strong focus in adherence to out-of-the-box features provided by ServiceNow Strong project management skills understanding assignments, tracking/monitoring progress, and reporting on status Strong interpersonal communication and consultation skills with an ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
