Duties As a Membership Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee all aspects of membership operations including recruitment, retention, and engagement - Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth - Manage membership database and ensure data accuracy - Collaborate with various departments to promote membership benefits and services - Conduct regular assessments to evaluate membership satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Plan and execute membership events and initiatives to enhance member experience - Prepare reports on membership trends, performance, and projections Skills The ideal candidate for the Membership Director position should possess the following skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate the membership team - Proven sales experience with a focus on achieving membership targets - Background in retail sales or store management is advantageous - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management - Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse members - Ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing membership team - Excellent selling skills to promote membership benefits effectively This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for driving Sales and enhancing member engagement.
