The digital delivery manager ensures the successful systems integration onto BOT platform.
This covers:
Application development & integration of legacy systems to BOT, Infrastructure integration and security compliance, Testing, Data migration, Deployment and transition to operations.
The role shall also combine data migration manager responsibilityCore Deliverables and
Responsibilities:
Core Deliverables:
(aligned to DRM)Management of BOT digital deliverables :
Data migration :
Data mapping with business support, management of SI and Business to ensure Extraction, Transformation, Load and reconciliation, Legacy application integration, Infrastructure, Test, Deploy & transition to Ops / hypercareBOT Digital delivery plan with key dependencies (Global and local) to meet overall BOT transformation planManagement of Change Requests related to digitalRelease Digital Deliverables tracking via Solution ManagerRelease Risk register/Issues logRelease Key Action log, including actions as a result of any risk, issue or quality assurance activitiesOutputs of lessons learnt exercises
Responsibilities:
Coordination of all digital streams BOT and external dependent teams for the successful delivery of BOT solution for the markets & capabilities in scope of the Cluster:
o Legacy systems changes and integration to BOTo E2E infrastructure integrationo Test and quality managemento Data migrationo Deployment and transition to live operations until the end of hypercare Management of scope & related changes for all digital delivery particularly changes required on legacy Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the BOT Programme Manager and Operational Programme Board.
Manage escalations, risks and issues to the BOT Programme Manager and Operational Programme Board.
Ensure that delivery is happening according to best practice, with learnings captured and actioned for continuous improvement of BOT delivery methodology / strategy Professional ProfileKey Competencies Key Experience SAP IT delivery management in multinational environment preferably on latest S4 technologies and Business Process knowledge of O2C, S2P, R2R, TO Expertise in data migration and SAP project delivery and integration with management of legacy, infrastructure, data, test, deployment activities and technologies to be able to advise and coach teams on best practice Excellent Analytical skills with business acumen Ability to drive peers in a diverse international and distributed team.
Strong communication and decision-making skills ability to balance conflicting needs Minimum of 10 years experience in IT delivery management on SAP complex multinational environment.
