Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering incoming phone inquiries Daily maintenance of post openings via scheduling system Maintaining emails and correspondence Shift change verifications to ensure no uncovered posts in the field Inform the Area Manager of any missing, damaged, or inoperative equipment or communications, alarm, CCTV, or other systems Emergency Response, keep management aware of any site emergencies or issues that are reported Ensure the effective allocation of security resources based on client needs, incident priorities and available personnel Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including incident reports, dispatch logs, and response times Act professionally and punctually, demonstrating competent, reliable, and respectful work behaviors with both internal and external individuals Skills and
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office:
Outlook, Excel, Word Excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time Problem solving skills Excellent organization skills Must have strong computer skills Varius Shifts Available.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
