The requirements for architecture are spelled out in the attached job description.
The technical specifics are deep expertise leading teams in building Angular single page web applications, using version 12.
The individual should be very familiar with web architecture such as the SPA communicates with APIs which communicate with a database or other backend data sources and how to handle DevOps best practices and how web applications need to be delivered in a large enterprise.
Understanding application security and browser compatibility.
We are also looking for individuals who have spent consistent time on Digital teams that last more than 2-3 years and that are familiar with all facets of application development, leading teams from requirements through delivery consistently during that time.
What are we looking for:

Summary:
The System Architect is accountable for the technical and solution outcomes for the features and user stories being delivered by their assigned Scrum Team(s).
A System Architects day-to-day duties include the necessary design, engineering and implementation activities required to successfully deliver and integrate critical systems that support Groups strategic imperatives.
This critical solution leadership role is a dedicated member of the Scrum Team and also partners with other key stakeholders across the Agile Release Train.
Identifies innovations and efficiency opportunities that enable the scrum team to maximize velocity and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for the definition of the right talent and capacity required for the scrum team to deliver on program objectivesAccountable for the evolution and implementation of software and quality engineering standards and practicesResponsible for architecture synchronization with solution architects to ensure alignment with the solution context from initial intent through emergent designAccountable for the deployment architecture specification required to meet the systems needs for performance and availability while balancing cost, in house knowledge and maintainabilityEvaluates engineering artifacts (e.

design specifications, code, quality and performance plans) that describe the solution, how it drives business capabilities and conforms to industry best practicesPartners with the RTE, Product Manager and Systems Team lead to sequence software delivery to support integration and demonstration of cross-scrum features and epics in accordance to the Agile Release Trains overall release strategyPartners with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to refine the backlog and drive delivery of features and user stories into working softwareCommunicates solution risks and issues effectively with the Scrum Master, PO, RTE to ensure that all are working collaboratively to track, manage and mitigate so that impact to schedule and scrum team can be minimizedAccountable for the security of software products and compliance with organization policies, including risk based guidance for alternatives to manage security threats while maintaining project budget and schedule constraintsAccountable for technical innovation and thought leadership that improves our engineering culture, the quality of our products and speed of deliveryPartners with Environments and Ops Readiness teams to specify system software configurations and scaling capacity needed to optimize application runtimes, instrument and monitor workloads, and provide alerting mechanisms when application errors or environment issues are detectedAccountable for continuous integration and continuous testing stages of the CI/CD pipeline and partners with Shared Systems Services team on deployment stagesSupports Production Readiness activities to ensure proper transition of application knowledge and any changes to support modified or new applications/componentsIdentifies all required architecture runway enablers for the scrum team including technology upgrades, tech debt remediation and introduction of new technologies or design patterns through the definition of spikes and works with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to ensure those spikes are included in delivery prioritiesCoordinates solution syncs with Solution Architecture to reconcile emerging design and architecture decisions with overall solution context and intentPartners with Systems team to ensure alignment to overall release train quality objectives and to minimize test duplicationCollaborate with Systems team on performance engineering to share knowledge on the inner workings of the solution, to pin point potential performance constraints and to review and provide feedback on PVS approachResponsible for in scrum quality engineering, focusing on unit testing and integration of components and assemblies created by the scrum.
Leverages automation tools and processes like TDD, BDD service virtualization to minimize defect bleed through to systems teamCuration of the technical debt backlog in order to keep design and code artifacts up-to-date with best practices and lessons learned, while also ensuring the artifacts reflect the current state of implementation
