Job Description
Summary:
Leads Security Shift Managers, Supervisors and Officers.
Maintains policies and programs to ensure physical safety of the casino's guests, employees, property and assets; complies with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board security requirements and the casino's internal controls.

Creates and processes purchase requisitions.
Manages the Self-Exclusion program Audits Casino Access badge program Manages card and dice reconciliation, distribution and inspection.
Discretionary ability to extend complimentary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
Maintains detailed records of all trainings, performance reviews, coaching and recognition for all Security Team Members through e-Perform:
Inspired Service Observation Process; Hourly Performance Reviews; Secret Shop Program.
Manages the Security Team Member experience through all communication channels and ensures recognition of superior performers.
Confers with the Director of Security to recommend policy changes, determines need for programs and training, and coordinates programs with the casino's goals and objectives and regulatory requirements Prepares Security electronic schedules for all Security Team Members, including the coordination of new hire on boarding, training classes and department meetings.
Act as the liaison between the Training Development, Risk Management, and Compliance departments to ensure all training and certifications are up to date.
Assists with time keeping and related payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment to all team members.
Interviews, hires, trains and manages team members in accordance with organizational and approved departmental policies, practices and programs Acts as the Head of Security in the absence of the Director of Security Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Five or more years progressive gaming, security and/or public safety management or equivalent combination of experience Advanced technical knowledge of slot systems required.
Background and knowledge of security operations, Occupational Safety and health Administration (OSHA) regulations, safety, investigation, and legal issues.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent leadership/motivation skills.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Excellent knowledge in various computers programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.
).
Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Regularly required to see, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment.
Must occasionally move and lift up to 25 pounds.
Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
