Access Executive Development Program Overview:
Access is seeking outstanding candidates for its Access Creating Executives Program (ACE Program).
The position provides hands-on experience and exposure to key operational best practices and tactics of Access' portfolio strategy execution.
Candidates (ACEs) join the ACE Program as senior team members of an Access portfolio company, directly supporting and reporting to C-Suite executives in key operational functions including Finance, M&A / Strategy, Development and Marketing.
ACEs are expected to improve, execute, and document best practices within the key roles, developing a meaningful operational skillset.
ACEs will attend and participate in Access activities, training sessions, and summits with other executives and ACEs across the Access portfolio.
ACEs will work with Access to build skillsets, report out to other ACEs, develop playbooks, and train executives where appropriate.
They will leverage key learnings across the current and future portfolio, while also driving projects and new investment opportunities.
The portfolio Company and Access will jointly evaluate each ACE's performance; top performers may have the opportunity to progress into other areas of the Access Holdings ecosystem.
ACEs will be well-positioned to move into a C-Suite position within one of Access' portfolio companies or on the Access investment team.

Responsibilities:
The Director of Corporate Development will play an instrumental role in supporting the Company's M&A and corporate development initiatives (e.
g.
, sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and structuring M&A opportunities, leading due diligence, and supporting integration activities), support organic growth initiatives through financial analysis function, produce financial analysis supporting strategic planning, support capital structure decision-making, and be a strategic partner to the Company's executive team.
The Director of Corporate Development will report directly to the President and Chief Growth Officer, work with the CFO and other executive leadership team members on a regular basis and be a participant in the Access Creating Executives (ACE) Program sponsored by Access Holdings.
Corporate Development :
Support the end-to-end M&A process Work with the ASTP and the Access digital lead generation team (Access Lead Labs) to canvas, segment, and map markets and source deals by speaking directly with potential sellers and effectively communicating the ASTP value proposition Help negotiate and structure NDAs and LOIs with interested parties including leveraging creative structures to yield mutually beneficial results for ASTP and potential targets Support, manage and lead due diligence efforts for new platform geography acquisitions and add-on acquisitions Lead the development of due diligence reports and investment committee presentations Conduct rigorous integration and synergies planning and execution with guidance from the executive leadership Support organic initiatives Provide financial analysis, projections, strategic input, and capital analysis for organic growth opportunities Lead the company's sourcing, participation and submission of responses to targeted RFP processes.
Manage the weekly reporting of the M&A process including leveraging Salesforce and other tools to update ASTP and Access leadership on the status and progression of all corporate development activities Standardize the corporate development function, establishing and documenting best practices, processes, documents, and procedures that can facilitate a high velocity, multi-geography M&A strategy Define, manage, and report on KPIs related to the corporate development function Ability to work directly with the CFO on capital planning associated with the company's growth initiatives Strategy, Planning and Management :
Provide support to the President and CGO and be a pivotal participant in critical decision assessments as they relate to strategic initiatives, investment thesis, and operational models.
Support the establishment and measurement of quarterly and annual operational and financial business goals that align with the Company's plan for growth and expansion.
Work with the executive team to establish and amend annual revenue growth budgets, forecasts, and metrics that drive success.
Provide insight and recommendations to both the short-term and long- term growth plans of the organization.
Support the development of presentation materials and analysis for the Company's Board of Directors Support and drive special projects as applicable Qualifications and Characteristics Successful candidates will have the following qualifications and characteristics:
Strong analytical and corporate development skill set.
Experience in investment banking, private equity, financial consulting, M&A advisory, and/or the corporate development division of a large organization.
Experience performing financial analysis and financial modeling, ideally for multi-unit operations with high velocity of M&A and/or organic expansion activity.
Ability to create dynamic three statement LBO models Exposure to negotiating and structuring transactions and experience leading transactional diligence streams Knowledge of capital structure with experience working with multiple levels of the capital structure and a leveraged balance sheet.
Passionate about developing financial plans and communicating results and recommendations.
Demonstrated track record of producing quantitative analysis and utilizing the results for measurement and planning within a dynamic environment.
