Responsible for accurate and timely applicant tracking and recruiting metrics.

Proactively seek and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by the Staffing Manager.

A.
Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
B.
Experience 1.
4-6 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience.
2.
4-6 years experience sourcing and interviewing candidates for positions in Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain, and high-tech Manufacturing.
3.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and database mining.
C.
Competencies & Attributes Highly productive, ability to multi-task, highly organized, interviewing and sales skills, dependable team player, positive attitude with accurate and timely follow through.
D.
