CNC Mill Machinist 1st shift, set up, 4 or 5 axis milling

We are searching for highly skilled Sr. CNC Mill Machinists to focus on machine set ups. The CNC Mill Machinists are responsible for aligning fixtures, centering work, setting tooling, holders, performing off sets and editing the CNC program. The ideal candidate will have either Fanuc, Haas or Hurco controls experience. Experience setting up 4 -5 axis CNC vertical mills / machining centers is needed. Our client produces small components produced from stainless steel and titanium. The CNC Mill Machinists follows set up instructions and needs to work independently. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to achieve required dimensions is needed. After setting up the CNC mills, the CNC Mill Machinist will turn over the production to a machine operator. Good communication skills and the ability to train operators on the process is needed. Candidates who have close tolerance aerospace, nuclear, and/or medical device experience are preferred. These are first shift positions with a consistent 10 hours of overtime per week.
MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of experience setting up complex components on 4 or 5 axis CNC mills or machining centers. Experience indicating in fixtures and tooling is required. The CNC Mill Machinist will need experience reading and editing CNC Programs. Experience working with either Haas, Fanuc or Hurco controls is preferred.
