This is a highly visible position, working closely and frequently with internal users, so it requires polish and professionalism. Required Skills:

year experience in a Help Desk environment with the following: Outlook 2010, Windows 7 Active Directory exposure a must Password resets, printer setupsExcellent communication and customer service skills (patience, adaptability, reliability) Presentable, polished business presence Ability to understand what needs to be done and do it with little supervision (proactive) Ability to learn new concepts quickly Ability to travel when needed to Washington DC office (2-3 trips max per year)
