Our client in the Philadelphia, PA area is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to add to their team. This is a highly visible position, working closely and frequently with internal users, so it requires polish and professionalism. This is working within a very well-established nonprofit with excellent benefits and a great team environment. This role is contract-to-hire.
Required Skills:

year experience in a Help Desk environment with the following: Outlook 2010, Windows 7 Active Directory exposure a must Password resets, printer setupsExcellent communication and customer service skills (patience, adaptability, reliability) Presentable, polished business presence Ability to understand what needs to be done and do it with little supervision (proactive) Ability to learn new concepts quickly Ability to travel when needed to Washington DC office (2-3 trips max per year)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
