Finance and Accounting Recruiter needed for a contract to hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Philadelphia, PA.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Development and execution of short and long term recruitment strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Work with key business and HR partners to design a campus recruitment plan.
- Facilitate comprehensive selection process for specialized talent segments, ensuring compliance with all domestic regulations.
- Ensure talent acquisition processes and best practices are being executed across functions and implements consistent hiring and on-boarding practices.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate recruiting.
- Passion for the talent acquisition function with a focus on diversity
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings
- Strong influencing and networking skills
- Strong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organization
