Our client, an association in Wayne, is seeking a Director of Human Resources to manage the HR team and direct, and implement, various HR programs. The Director of HR will be responsible for monitoring the administration of the HR programs, developing the annual department budget, and ensuring revenue and financial goals are met. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 7-10 years of progressively responsible HR experience.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

Manage HR employees and independent contractors
Direct and implement HR programs
Facilitate best-practices model of HR services
Monitor program administration to establish standards and procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement
Resolve any program discrepancies
Ensure that business and financial goals are met, if not exceeded
Develop and monitor annual department budget
Approve department expenses
Ensure that all HR reports are properly maintained
Develop planning and forecasting tools to identify trends and facilitate growth


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Master's degree preferred
SPHR or similar professional designation required
7-10 years of progressively responsible HR experience
Experience in a larger company HR department or consulting experience a plus
In-depth knowledge of HR policies and best practices
Working knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent professional presentation skills
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and planning skills
Highly organized
Detail oriented and able to multitask
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
