Our client, a well-known service provider in West Chester, is seeking a Client Success Specialist. The Client Success Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding benefit administration and will be responsible for their satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and adept at multitasking with a minimum of one year of experience with employee benefits, COBRA, or human resources.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Respond to client questions regarding administration, compliance, system training, account issues, and other special requests
Ensure client and participant plans are correctly administered, created, and maintained
Manage new client onboarding
Manage client renewals and make necessary updates
Assist sales team with new business and questions
Maintain departmental administrative procedures as assigned
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience with employee benefits administration, COBRA, or human resources
Knowledge of Section 125, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and ACA
Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and to resolve problems
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Superior customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Must be innovative and take initiative; seek our solutions to problems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be detail oriented, analytical and possess a positive attitude
Must possess strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities within a high-volume, fast-paced division
Experience working within a TPA environment preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
