Drafting and, in particular, negotiation of sales agreements for power generation equipment, licensing agreements, open source procurement agreements, turn-key automation systems contracts; equipment sale agreements; subcontracts, supplier agreements; review and commenting on electric utility customers requests for proposal/quotations; interfacing and providing legal support to the tendering/commercial teams. Support of all sites, including Eastern Canada, with respect to commercial legal and compliance matters. Assist the Contract Managers and the project management team throughout the implementation of each project with the interpretation of contract terms, disputes, and any other matters as required to insure profitable implementation of each project.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
