The candidate will be responsible for providing proactive legal support on a wide variety of matters, including: information services, information technology, privacy, non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property, data licensing, outsourcing, real estate, vendor contracts, financial services agreements, and general corporate transactions, including support for Global Administration, Information Technology, Operations, and Treasury. This is a hands on position for the corporate generalist. Interfaces actively with fellow in-house legal personnel and ACE business units globally, with minimal assistance from outside counsel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
