The candidate will have the opportunity to work on the full range of IP litigation matters for the firm, with an emphasis on patent litigation. Experience with patent litigation is required. A technical background (particularly in electrical engineering or computer science), membership in the Patent Bar, and/or experience as a judicial clerk are advantages.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
